Michigan Department of Health and Human Services welcomes you to our Training and Assessment Campus

For Michigan residents who would like to access the Blood Pressure QI course, please contact Kristina Dawkins at dawkinsk1@michigan.gov or 517-335-9605.

We welcome you to our online training site and are looking forward to working with you in all your educational activities. Shared Care is an internationally recognized leader in blood pressure measurement, training, and high blood pressure. Included on this site is a program developed for the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services using many of the resources developed by Shared Care in the past. If this is your first time to visit the site, please click on “Virtual Tutorial” on the upper right hand side of the screen to become more acquainted with the system.

While the modules in this campus are designed to be self-paced programs, each should be completed within a specific time frame to avoid delays of your educational activities.

If you are not already registered with us, please select the 'Register' button in menu box to the left. Then contact the site Administrator to have the course assigned to you. If you are already registered, please use the log-in box and enter the email address and password you used during your registration or previous visit.

Please try to avoid multiple registrations as this will delay your program status and assignments.

Not sure if you are registered? You can find out by entering your username and password. The system will check the records and notify you during login. If you are registered but forgot your password, simply click on the “Forgot Password” link and an auto generated password will be sent to your registered e-mail address. To begin a training program after you have been registered chose the My Activities button and then the program you want to complete. You will receive more detailed instructions at that point.

Our team is here to assist you!
